James was extremely professional and knowledgeable and I could tell he really cares about his work and reputation, he did not come in with high pressure scare tactics trying to make a sale as a lot of companies would have due to the urgent nature of my situation. When I received my estimate I was bracing for a rather high figure but was shocked how reasonable the quote was compared to another I had previously received. The quality of work Preferred Brothers did was 5 Stars all the way installing top grade 30 year shingles not cutting any corners in fact they did additional work and materials at no additional charge related to extra board issues beyond the original estimate. If you want to spend an arm and a leg call one of those television advertised roof companies but if you’re looking for top quality roof replacement at a very affordable price I highly recommend calling Preferred Brothers Roofing all the way.
